Club Staff Pack applications will close at 11.59pm on Monday March 25, 2019. Club Staff Packs should only be applied for by the club secretary, and not by individuals.
If a club applies for more than its allocated number of club staff packs (as indicated above), the club will be contacted to confirm which applications to cancel.
Under the Swimming Australia Safe Sport Framework, all paid employees of clubs or affiliates are required to obtain a Working With Children's Check or equivalent ("WWCC"). This is a non-negotiable requirement for applications to be approved.
For the safety of children and young people in our sport, Swimming Australia strongly recommends that volunteers working with and around Children and Young People obtain a WWCC.
Applicants not adhering to the above guidelines will not be able to submit an application for a Club Staff Pack.
It is the responsibility of the Club to ensure any applicant stating affiliation to their club is in fact an approved representative with the requisite background checks in place.
