Dates for Counselling and Assessments is available here. Please note that only those candidates who clear the counselling (document verification) round will be issued Interview Pass at the venue. The Counselling Day will also include Group Discussion and Written Communication skill assessment. For DPM and SPM positions, the assessment rounds will also include Presentation and Psychometric Test etc.

The HRA had received 11,120 applications. Over 400 man-hours were invested along with advanced algorithms to identify eligible and not eligible status of candidates. The scrutiny process had also undergone a two-step quality check. However, inspite of utmost precautions and care, a periodic audit process revealed that about 1.3% of applications were erroneously categorized as “Shortlisted” owing to calculation and look-up errors. The shortlisting status of candidates whose application ids are appearing in the attached file have undergone a change. Such applicants have also been sent an email and an sms regarding the same. The HRA encourages affected applicants to bring to our notice any possible issue in the shortlisting process by using the Review form available HERE. The last date for receiving review request is Midnight on 9th March 2017.

3.What the candidate should do?
a.Answer the First 50 Questions in the First OMR sheet provided of which, questions 41 to 50 should be from one of the positions, he/she holds a hall ticket for
b.If the candidate has applied for another position
i. Ask for an additional OMR sheet
ii. Enter Application ID and Seat Number and additional details asked in the second OMR sheet for the next position
iii.Answer only Question Number 41 to 50 as provided in the Question Paper for the next Position
iv. Leave blank bubbles for 1 to 40 in the additional OMR sheets.
c.If the candidate has applied for yet another position
i.Repeat the same process as listed above
4.Extra 15 minutes will be provided for answering each additional domain section of additional position applied.
5.Candidates should submit all the OMR Sheets and Part B of all the Hall Tickets for positions they have appeared in the same session.
6.Care should be taken to ensure that the candidate answers the domain questions of only those positions that he or she has applied for and has a valid Hall Ticket.
7.No break will be given to candidates appearing for multiple positions in the same session. The candidate will have to complete all the examinations before exiting.
