REGISTRATION PROCESS
For Early Bird pricing, complete and submit this application by August 31, 2025. Final Registration closes August 31, 2025. The Vendor Committee will review each registration. To avoid excessive vendor product duplication, the date the application is received may be used to determine individual vendor category selection. You will be notified via email if your business has been accepted to participate.
Once notified, you will receive a vendor contract, which provides vendor participation requirements and detailed information. FOOD VENDORS AND HIGH-RISK ATTRACTIONS will be required to provide Certificate of Insurance with Subrogation. Examples of this could be axe throwing, petting zoo, pony rides, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: If your application is accepted, there is a $55 vendor fee for the Mid-South Balloon Festival.

LIGHT TOWERS WILL BE ADDED TO THE VENDOR AREA
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
This year arts & craft vendors, at their option, may participate in the Friday Night Lights program for special needs individuals and their families. On Friday, Vendor set-up starts at 3:00 P.M. Gates open, guests arrive, and events begin at 5:00 P.M. Vendors may shut down around (approximately 7:15). Gates close at 9:00 P.M. In 2023, approximately 2,000 individuals came for the Friday Night Lights event. All guests will be treated to dinner, beverage and dessert.
VENDORS SELLING EDIBLE ITEMS
If you are looking to sell edible items, there is a separate application you will need to fill out.
We will have security Friday, Sept. 19, Saturday, Sept. 20, and Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025. ALL BOOTH ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED Sunday, September 21,2025 from the property.
