About 12x12 Art Fundraiser
The annual 12×12 Art Fundraiser is an eclectic fusion of works by 175 Oklahoma artists and live entertainment for a memorable one-night-only art event!

Artists create a unique work within the dimensions of 12"x12” and attendees can bid for pieces they want to purchase in an online auction. Proceeds from tickets and artwork sales go towards sustaining OVAC’s mission to grow and develop Oklahoma's visual arts community through education, promotion, connection, and funding.

Event Set-Up & Artwork Installation
About this Shift:
- Assist with gallery wall set up.
- Assist with installing artwork.
- Help organize event layout & lighting.
- A plus if you have a ladder you can bring!
Skilled laborers will be on site for heavy lifting and construction needs.

When: September 19 & September 20

Activity Level:
Must be able to team lift and carry 50 lbs. and stand for longer periods of time.

Photographer/Videographer
About this Shift:
- Photograph and/or film event attendees in casual and posed settings using provided image/B-roll list.
- OVAC can provide up to two (2) cameras. Having your own camera is great too!
- Artists upload content to shared Google Drive following event.
All photographs/videographers will be credited when OVAC uses the subsequent photography and/or footage collected during the event.

Hospitality - Trash/Food
About this Shift:
- Assist food vendors and OVAC staff with clean up and simple, non-food handling tasks.
- Asisst with keeping the event space clean of trash and report accidents and spills to OVAC/OKC Public Farmers Market Staff

Door Attendant and Will Call Table
About this Shift:
- Door Attendant:
  - Assist with checking in ticketed guests at the entrance of the venue.
  - Assist in and selling tickets at the entrance of the venue.
  - Direct incoming volunteers to Will Call Table for Check-In
  - Direct incoming 12x12 Artists to Will Call Table for Check-In
- Will Call Table:
  - Check in will call guests and give wrist bands.
  - Check in incoming Volunteers and give them a wrist band and name tag.
  - Check in attending 12x12 Artists give them a wrist band and name tag.
  - Be a hub for informational questions about the event
Pre-Event training on the OVAC Ticketing Sales Platform, Auctria, is required.

For Door Attendants, a moderate amount of standing is requried. For Will Call Table volunteers, you can expect to be mainly seated for your entire shift.

Art Ambassador
About this Shift:
- Assist guests with particpating in the Art Auction.
- Answer questions about the art and artists
- Roam the gallery space to moniter safety of artwork.
- Serve as a liason between connecting interested buyers and artists at the event.
- Volunteers should familiarize themselves with the 12x12 artists and their work prior to the event.
Pre-Event training on the OVAC Art Sales Platform, Auctria, is required.

About this Shift:
- Tear Down
  - Assist with gallery wall tear down.
  - Assist with post-event cleanup.
  - Assist with de-Installing artwork
  - Deconstruct event layout
  - A plus if you have a ladder you can bring!
  - Skilled laborers will be on site for heavy lifting and construction needs.
- Art Pick-Up
  - Assist guests and artists with picking up artwork
  - Pre-Event training on the OVAC Art Sales Platform, Auctria, is required.

Those on Art Pick-Up will have some walking to grab artwork for guests.
