I understand that the Engagement Letter contains the full terms, scope of services, and responsibilities applicable to this engagement, and I have had the opportunity to review it before signing this acknowledgment. I agree to the terms outlined in the Engagement Letter.

I acknowledge that Protection Plus $1 Million Tax Audit Defense™ and Identity Theft Restoration services are integral and mandatory components of vbCPA, PLLC's tax return preparation services. These services are automatically included with each tax return and are billed separately at a rate of $25 for individual returns and $100 for business returns. I understand that these fees are non-negotiable and that the services provide comprehensive support in the event of tax notices, audits, or identity theft incidents.
