2025 SCS PTO 3v3 Spring Basketball Tourney Registration

Fill out this form to register for the event or turn in a printed form to the SCS front office. Registration Deadline: March 7th
This tournament is open to all students in grades 4-8 and community members 18+ (parents, caregivers, staff, alumni, etc.)

Team Divisions will be separated as follows: Girls 4-5, Girls 6-8, Boys 4-5, Boys 6-8, Adult Coed (18+). Please note: pending team numbers, the divisions are subject to change

Have a Child or Sibling in Grades K-4? Join us for a FREE Halftime Event (exact time TBD) exclusively for grades K - 3 to participate with fun games, music and special guests!

**NO INDIVIDUAL SIGN UPS, YOU MUST SIGN UP AS A TEAM.

Once registration is closed and brackets have been finalized, teams will be informed of the final schedule including team check in times and starting game time, all event details and important info for the day!

Shooting Contest Entry*
Enter each of the team members who would like to be entered for a chance to compete in the halftime shooting contest (announced prior to the event)
TEAM ENTRY FEE: $20 per team player (you must submit payment for each team member included on this form no later than Fri, March 14 to be confirmed as registered)

How to submit payment:

1. Bring a cash or check made out to SCS PTO to the SCS front office in a sealed envelope with your Team Name and Player Names.

2. Pay via venmo or paypal (YOU MUST WRITE "BASKETBALL" AND "YOUR TEAM NAME" IN NOTES SECTION WHEN SUBMITTING PAYMENT)

Team fee includes lunch and one entry into event raffle for each team member, plus prizes for winning teams.

**All proceeds from the event will go directly to the SCS PTO to support school initiatives, PE programs and classroom funding.
