We have a range of courses designed to support your continued learning:

📌 English for Driving Theory – ONLINE
📅 6 weeks | 1.5 hours per week
🕡 Tuesdays from 29th April | 6:30pm – 8:00pm

📌 Improver Online – 12 weeks (2 x 6-week programmes)
📅 1.5 hours per week
🕡 Wednesdays from 30th April | 6:30pm – 8:00pm
📌 Advanced Online – 12 weeks (2 x 6-week programmes)
📅 1.5 hours per week
🕡 Thursdays from 1st May | 6:30pm – 8:00pm
📌 Beginner IN-PERSON – 12 weeks (2 x 6-week programmes, Broadway House, Newbury)
📅 1.5 hours per week
💰 Payment Plan:
First payment due 21st April 2025 – £150.00
Second payment due 2nd June 2025 – £150.00

Terms and Conditions – Educafe English Courses
 
Your payment will signify your agreement to our Terms and Conditions for Educafe English Courses. 
 
1. Course Definitions  
1.1 A course refers to a period of time or sessions on a single course type as described on our website, marketing materials, and payment confirmation.  
1.2 A booking may include a course.
1.3 The full payment for the course is required at the time of booking.  
1.4 Courses cannot be cancelled or postponed except under circumstances outlined in point 3.  
1.5 Courses cannot be paused or interrupted for holidays once commenced.  
1.6 It is your responsibility to ensure the course level matches your English proficiency. Refunds will not be granted for booking the wrong level.  
1.7 Your course will commence on the specified date and time in your registration confirmation email.  
1.8 In cases not covered by these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to take appropriate action for resolution. 
 
2. Technical Requirements  
2.1 To participate in online learning, you must have a PC, laptop, or phone with camera and audio capabilities, along with a stable internet connection. 
 
3. Fees and Payments  
3.1 Full course fees are due upon booking. Refunds are only applicable if you express dissatisfaction within one week of starting the course, with no more than two hours of study completed.  
3.2 Course/session confirmation will be sent via email.  
3.3 Payment must be completed in full before the course commences.  
3.4 Unattended lessons are non-refundable.  
3.5 Payments can be made via Bank Transfer.

4. Courses, Dates, and Times  
4.1 Your course/session will start as per the date and time specified in your registration confirmation email. In the event of unforeseen cancellations, a full refund will be issued.  
4.2 Refunds will be processed using the initial payment method.  
4.3 Educafe CIC reserves the right to modify listed times, dates, or content.  
4.4 Courses require a minimum of 10 students. If this quota isn't met, courses may be cancelled, and refunds provided as per 4.2.
