🎄 Christmas Market Terms & Conditions 🎄
To help everyone enjoy a safe and cheerful Christmas Market, please take a moment to read our simple guidelines below.
- This form is for applying for a stall space at £10 per stall
- To ensure we don’t have many duplications in craft stalls, please could you provide your website / Facebook page / photos above
- All tables will be available on a first come basis and on the craft tables (including type of craft), again these will be allocated on a first come basis
- We will notify you via email if you have been successful. Once you have received the confirmation email, you will need to pay the table amount in 2 days
- The £10 must be paid within 2 days of receiving your confirmed spot or you may lose it
- Payment must be made via BACS transfer to:
ELDER BANK HALL - 30-99-78 • 00302973.
Please use the reference: Christmas Table no (add in your table number)
A remittance will not be sent out automatically. Please email if you would like on sent
- Only 21 tables are allowed in the hall at any one time so as to ensure all fire exits are kept clear. 20 table spaces are available in the toy tent, but you will need to bring your own table as there may not be enough to go around everyone. The Toy Tent will be on the tennis court at the back of the Elder Bank Hall, so will be a stable surface.
- You must be 18 or over to Book a Table
- You must arrive to set-up your stall between 9am and 11am on Saturday 6th December. Once you have dropped off all your items to your table, please move your car (or alternately get someone to drop you off... even better).
Once the event is over, please clear up after yourself and if you can stay to help clean the hall - that would be great!
- Alcohol
A little festive cheer is welcome! However, alcohol can only be sold by stallholders who hold a valid licence to do so.
Alcoholic drinks may also be offered as prizes in raffles or competitions — just make sure this is done responsibly and in line with local laws.
Please remember that proof of age may be required for anyone receiving or purchasing alcohol.
-
Tobacco and Vaping Products
To keep our market family-friendly, the sale or promotion of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vaping products is strictly forbidden.
Any stalls found selling these items will be asked to close and may not be invited to future events.
-
