Role: Accessibility Manager
Reports to: Accessible Events Company Director & Operations Manager, Event Operations Manager, Event Site Manager / Accessibility Lead
What you’ll do: Lead the delivery of accessibility services at events, ensuring venues, facilities, and event experiences are inclusive and accessible for d/Deaf, Disabled, and Neurodivergent attendees. You will oversee on-site accessibility operations, manage accessibility staff and volunteers, and serve as the main point of contact for accessibility provision during the event.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing accessibility services across the event site
- Coordinating accessibility facilities and provisions
- Managing accessibility staff and volunteers
- Liaising with organisers, contractors, and event teams
- Responding to accessibility enquiries and supporting attendees
