We have limited space, so filling out this form does not guarantee selection for the event.

Vendor Requirements & Fees

• No Participation Fee: If selected, you do not need to pay a deposit or participation fee.
• Meal Donation Requirement: Instead of paying a fee, vendors must donate 25 meals per day.
• Inspection Fee for Booths (Non-Trucks): Food booths must pay a $250.00 inspection fee per day. (Food trucks do not pay this fee.)
• Insurance: All vendors must have insurance with:
  
  • $1 million coverage per incident
  • $2 million total coverage
  • Must be from a high-rated insurance provider (A-XII or better).

Saturday, August 30, 2025 – 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Sunday, August 31, 2025 – 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
