關於Graphic Design In Japan 2024 (Hong Kong Edition)

延續PMQ元創方與日本平面設計協會（JAGDA）的長期合作關係，Graphic Design in Japan 2024 (Hong Kong Edition) 展覽將於4月25日至5月11日於PMQ元創方舉行。 JAGDA出版的設計年鑑《Graphic Design in Japan》輯錄由一眾日本專業設計師所評選的年度佳作。本次展覽將展出當中逾300件獲選作品，包括第26屆亀倉雄策賞得獎者北川一成、JAGDA新人賞得獎者山口崇多、岡﨑真理子、坂本俊太，以及JAGDA賞得獎者原研哉、岡崎智弘等設計師的作品。 

展覽期間更將提供各種精彩的活動，包括：設計對話、設計師導賞團、放映會以及由PMQ元創方與JAGDA共同協作的創意新體驗 JAGDA Kids工作坊。 是次更有幸邀請到知名日本設計師植原亮輔、関本明子和矢後直規參與數場公眾活動。 詳情請瀏覽

Organised by PMQ and the Japan Graphic Design Association (JAGDA), the exhibition Graphic Design in Japan 2024 (Hong Kong Edition) continues the long-term partnership and will take place from 25 April to 11 May at PMQ.

This exhibition features selections from the annual publication “Graphic Design in Japan,” which showcases the year's top 300 graphic design works selected by a group of Japanese design professionals. This exhibition will showcase some of the works from the annual publication, including the 26th Yusaku Kamekura Design Awardee Issay KITAGAWA, JAGDA New Designer Awardees Agata YAMAGUCHI, Mariko OKAZAKI and Shunta SAKAMOTO, as well as JAGDA Award Awardees Kenya HARA and Tomohiro OKAZAKI. 

In addition to the exhibition, a variety of engaging programmes, including: Creative Voice, Designer-led Tours, Screening and JAGDA Kids Workshop - the new creative experience co-created between PMQ and JAGDA. 

Renowned designers Ryosuke UEHARA, Akiko SEKIMOTO, and Naonori YAGO will also participate in several public events.

PMQ 繪本展「FEEL FREE, FEEL 3」

自 2017 年起，PMQ 持續舉辦不同主題的繪本展，吸引對美學、設計及文藝感興趣的朋友，以及熱愛繪本的讀者參與。

即將於 2025 年 4 月 25 日至 5 月 18 日在 PMQ 舉行的繪本展，以「FEEL FREE, FEEL 3」為主題，圍繞著無字繪本，並與本地繪本創作者合作，舉辦不同類型的活動。繪本展精選約 60 本來自世界各地的作品，展現無字繪本的多樣魅力。透過筆觸、構圖、色彩運用、翻頁設計、印刷工藝、裝幀與紙材等細節，引領讀者感受繪本的力量，細細品味其中的趣味與巧思。

是次繪本節將打造一個有別於日常的舒適空間，並設計充滿玩味的閱讀方式，鼓勵讀者開拓想像，自由遊走於書頁之間，體驗無字繪本的無限可能。 詳情請瀏覽

Since 2017, PMQ has been curating picture book exhibitions with diverse themes, attracting enthusiasts of aesthetics, design, and literature, as well as devoted picture book readers.

The upcoming exhibition, FEEL FREE, FEEL 3, will take place at PMQ from April 25 to May 18, 2025, focusing on the unique charm of wordless picture books. In collaboration with local picture book creators, the exhibition will feature around 60 books from across the globe, highlighting the universal appeal of visual storytelling. Visitors will be invited to explore the artistry behind these books—examining brushstrokes, composition, color usage, page design, printing techniques, binding, and paper materials—to fully appreciate their creativity and expressive power.

Designed to offer a refreshing escape from everyday life, the exhibition will create an inviting and imaginative space where readers can engage with wordless picture books in a playful, open-ended way. By encouraging free exploration between the pages, it invites visitors to immerse themselves in the limitless possibilities of wordless storytelling. More details here.
