  • (Important Note to self: Free tasks are only available to every week or every other week clients NOT every three or monthly)

    We bring all of our own supplies and equipment.  We send 2 or 3 cleaning techs each visit so that we maintain consistent quality.  We ask only that you provide us with access to your home and a check or cash upon completion or we can bill your credit card, which we keep on file. If you do not leave a check or cash we will automatically bill your credit card after your cleaning.  However the first initial clean is cash only!

    We change the linens on one of your beds. We ask that you leave the clean linens out which is our indication that you want them changed.  If the linens are not left out we simply make up the beds because we do not want the cleaners going through your drawers or closests for any reason.
    We dust your furniture using lemon oil or plain damp micofiber cloth, depending onyour preference, just let us know and we will use that each visit. 
    We dust your baseboards, ceiling corners, ceiling fans, window sills, door facings and frames with each visit. 
    We windex your mirrors, pictures and tv screens.
    In the bathrooms we clean the tub, tile, shower doors, commodes, counter tops and sinks.  We remove all mildew and soap scum build up.  We wet wipe floors when finished so that everything will be show ready. 
    In the kitchen we clean the stove top and burners, front of the stove, top, front and sides of the refrigerator and the front of the dishwasher.  We clean your counter tops, wipe shine all of the appliances on your counter tops, move them forward, clean below them and move them back.  We spot clean kitchen cabinets. We clean your microwave on the inside and out and clean and dry your sink. 
    We gather up all of the trash from each of your waste baskets and take it out to your central garbage can. 
    We vacuum all of your carpeted and hard surfaces and damp mop all of your tile, linoleum and wood floors. 
     

    We do want to point out a few services we do not provide which are

    Wet wiping light fixtures or chandeliers because of the breakage and timing factor, although we do dry dust them
    Washing and putting away dishes because we want you to be able to find them and everyone arranges a kitchen differently.  If there are dishes in the sink we will load them into the dishwasher to clean the sink. 
    Laundry because we do not think it is cost effective for clients to have the cleaning techs extend the cost of your service by waiting for laundry to dry

    Since you have indicated an interest in going weekly or bi-weekly, at ba house cleaning, one perioidic task is automatically included free of charge at each visit, starting at the second visit.   You have a choice of any or all of the following:

    • interior oven
    • inside refrigerator
    • hand wipe exposed baseboards as opposed to the regular dusting we perform – which takes two visits because it’s a large job
    • damp wipe door facings and frames
    • vacuum one room of upholstered furniture
    • interior windows + window sills (done in two visits)
    • sweep / remove cobwebs on patio or front porch
    • hand wipe down outdoor furniture (max 6 pieces)

    What we do is one task per visit until we have completed those you chose and then we start them all over again

    You will receive this price quote via email that requires your signature.

    Once the quote has been accepted and signed, you will receive another email confirming the cleaning. 

    Just in case you don't get a confirmation email for the appointment within the next 2 hours after signing the quote, please call us back to ensure we have it all scheduled for you.
