    A visitor may have heard of KSI, via word-of-mouth, and wants a look at your work. Most likely they will go to Google first and type in your name into the search field.
    ACTION: It's for this reason we need to have two basic bits of information ready:

    A visitor may need a quick way to find out how to get in touch with you. They will expect to see contact info on the FOOTER and on the CONTACT page.
