    Daha öncesinde ödeme yöntemim PayPal seciliydi ardından kredi kartına gecmis yapmak durumunda kaldım. Simdi ise PayPal ödeme sekline geri dönmek istiyorum ama sistem güncelle yapmıyor. Ne kadar denemiş olsam da kredi kartı olarak kalmaya devam ediyor sistemde.

    Thank you for contacting us. We have now cancelled your subscription(INT210419-5451-76290) and processed a prorated refund. Your account LuceSport is now on free status, so you can purchase a new plan using PayPal as your payment method.

    Why did you cancel my account plan? I will just change from credit card to PayPal that's it. I lose subscriber with this action. How can you fix this problem? I can't use paypal on jotform.

    It was necessary, so the system would let you upgrade via PayPal, you can quickly upgrade as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-how-to-upgrade-my-account

    Good day, please note that your account "LuceSport" is back to free plan since the subscription was cancelled, and a prorated refund was issued.

    I know how I can change my plan or payment method. The problem is jotform doesn't accept my paypal account. That's my problem
