After 30+ years on set - I wrote my first Right Direction workshop in 2014 while working in the Casting Department on Neighbours. I found a gap for extras with no formal training but on set experience who knew they could do it - designed to to learn how to be prepared for auditions and what to expect on their first day. All modules are designed with a Collaborative Recovery Model used in mental health support as a baseline - participants sit along side industry professional coaches to work through their own goals, make their own informed plans and decisions utilizing the amazing insight of people inside the machine. Designed for participants aged 8-80, each module can be one one one via zoom or delivered in a studio setting. Aiming to be a tool in your toolbox alongside your formal training or choice of method - Right Direction coaching will keep your mindfulness on track and you match fit for the call to set.

RD coaching is fully supportive of all Professional Agents, Drama Schools and Training facilities. Courses are designed as an additional support to those professionals in the form of Career Coaching.
