  • Welcome! We are so thrilled you/your team want to be a part of Team TSF.  You are joining a great group of kind individuals who are making a difference in lives who are affected by Turner Syndrome. 

    JOINING IS SIMPLE!

    1. Complete this form - selected event, distance, & goals!
    2. Set-up an individual fundraising page 
    3. Complete & mail a fundraising commitment form to TSF*
    4. TSF will process your first $35 donation* 

    Each registrant will be provided with a fundrasing page. 

    Fundraising minimums-- go the distance:

    Raise a minimum of $500 for full marathon or any distance event greater than 25 miles
    Raise a minimum of $350 for half marathon or half relay or distance event greater than 10 miles
    Raise a minimum of $150 for 10k, 5k or any distance event less than 10 miles

    A $35 donation goes a long way! For this minimal down payment, you will be provided with a fundraising page to reach or exceed a selected fundraising commitment. Reach 50% of the fundraising commitment and TSF will register you for the athletic event of your choice. You should plan on fundraising ernestly as some of these events do sell out quickly. In our experience, most people reach or exceed goals, raising more funds & awareness than thought possible! But should you not reach your goal, the difference between the amount raised and the commitment amount is your responsibility. The difference will be charged to the credit card held on file - two weeks prior to the event. Yes! This is a fundraiser! 100% of all donations will support Turner Syndrome Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicate to advocating for research, education, and a greater awareness and support for Turner Syndrome.     I hereby accept and agree to all terms of this Agreement to meet or exceed the fundraising goals I have set  for myself and my team as well as fulfilling or exceeding fundraising minimums to benefit Turner Syndrome Foundation (TSF). 100% proceeds of this solicitation will benefit TSF. No cancellations or refunds will be offered. All sales are final. For TSF to execute registration for the requested event, all people included on this form must 1). Print 2). Sign, and 3). Mail a completed Team TSF COMMITMENT FORM to the office of Turner Syndrome Foundation, P. O. Box 726, Holmdel, NJ 07733. An initial $35 donation will be processed on the credit card that must be held on file and will be applied to the individual fundraising minimum. In good faith, TSF will register each participant as they have agreed to fulfill their fundraising commitment. Registrations cannot be finalized without receipt of a signed TSF COMMITMENT form, and at least 50% of the individual fundraising minimums have been met for each participant on their fundraising page. A delay in this commitment may result in ommission from the event due to event sell-out or failure to comply with this policy. TSF reserves the right to cancel this registration at any time without notice. 100% of fundraising minimums must be achieved at the latest two weeks prior to the event. At that time the difference  between amount raised and fundraising minimum will be charged to the credit card held on file.
