  • This portfolio offers mixed-income housing: usually applicants will be eligible for only one of these types of housing: 

    SUBSIDIZED HOUSING:

    Your portion of the rent for Subsidized Housing  will be equal to 1/3 of your income but You can qualify for subsdized housing even if you have zero income. 

     

    AFFORDABLE HOUSING:

    You will either need a voucher, or have the ability to pay a fixed rent.

    If you do not select any properties below, we will assign you to buildings where your income and voucher status indicate you might be eligible.

     

    MARKET RATE HOUSING:

    You will either need a voucher, or have the ability to pay a higher-income fixed rent.

     

    The funders of these properties determine your eligibility, so you will be assigned to all lists where you are potentially eligible. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your household size, income, or voucher status, and this will let us re-assign you to eligible lists based on your new information.  Please also note that at the time of a unit offer, you can refuse a unit offer without penalizing your chances in any other building in this portfolio. Together, we will maximize your chances of getting housed sooner in the housing you are eligible for at any given moment.

     

  • CONTRACT:

    The applicant warrants and represents that all statements herein are true and promises to execute - upon presentation - a lease in the usual form and on the terms and conditions stated therein.

    The Applicant hereby grants permission to carry out necessary credit checks to verify the information contained in the application. Furthermore, the applicant understands that an investigative consumer report will be obtained which may include information about personal character and criminal records.

    The Applicant agrees that the information set forth on the application is true and complete, and any misrepresentation on this application will constitute a default under the lease or Rental Agreement between the parties.

    A breach of the above warranty regarding the veracity of any statements made herein releases the owner from all obligations and liabilities arising from either this agreement or a subsequent lease.

    I hereby authorize Winn Management to obtain credit and criminal history information on me.
