Protect your data with an additional layer of security using Jotform’s two-factor authentication (2FA) feature. Safeguard your account and form submissions with a seamless and reliable two-step verification process.

Add an extra layer of protection by requiring users to verify their identity using two different authentication methods. Significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access with two-factor authentication.
2FA helps guard against phishing attacks, when malicious actors attempt to trick users into revealing their login credentials. Even if a user’s password is compromised, the second authentication method provides an additional barrier to access.
By requiring users to provide two forms of identification — such as a password and a unique code sent to their phone or email — 2FA significantly reduces the risk of data breaches.
To enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Jotform your account, click on your user avatar in the top right. Next, select Settings. Then click Security on the left. Toggle the switch to enable 2FA.
