Jotform looks great but I need help - how to know size of images, or how to reduce (shrink couldn't make it work) = how much is the book ?

Is there any way to limit the number of characters that can be used in a message.[Problem: There is a mentally challenged individual who is spamming our church--sending messages with pages and pages of text. A character limit would really help!]
