I will have an agent who will input into forms for various clients.
The form will contain 2 email addresses. (Agent and Client). Once a form has been successfully submitted I would like to inform the Agent and Client via E mail as proof. Is this possible.

As far as I know if you add an email as an extra notification ( as described above) you can do this as often as you wish. I send one of my forms to two people, ie me and one other. So there is no need for additional proof of submission, because each person gets the form submission directly to their inbox.

Is that what you wanted to know?

Is there a way to remove the default email address from the notification? My colleague's email address is on the main account, but I don't want her to receive the notifications for this particular form.

Hi, When I receive my jot forms via email the titles are new submission and subject jot form. Is it possible for our guests to put their name and subject in stead. This would make it easier to find our guests when looking at a list of 'jot form new submission'?

How can you find out all recipient emails for all of your forms at once without having to click on each form individually?
Thanks,
Jessi

Can we turn off the option to have email confirmations sent? Would I simply delete the address in the appropriate field?
