This may work for online forms, but what about fillable pdf's? When I choose to edit the pdf, there is no "settings" tab.

I would like to clarify difference between “PDF Document” and “PDF Form”(is also known as Fillable PDF Form).

Our PDF editor allows you to build and design two kind of PDFs .

o PDF Documents : These are PDFs that contain submission data. You can include these as email attachments to your Notification and Autoresponders.

o PDF Forms : This is known as fillable pdf forms as well. These are PDF forms that can be filled out using a PDF reader such as Acrobat Reader and  Foxit Reader

As I understood from your message you are trying to create “Fillable PDF Form” and  receive its submission to given email address. If this is the case please use the “New PDF Form” from PDF Editor while you are creating
