PCCSD’s online forms vanished when it migrated its website to a new service provider. It was a holiday weekend in the middle of the year, and students were set to return in a few days. There was no time for coding; staff had to replace the district’s forms quickly.

Using Jotform Enterprise, PCCSD replaced a state-mandated form and an automated workflow in just a few hours. Administrators replaced all 14 forms and workflows in a matter of days.

Data collection and management at PCCSD is better than ever. It’s easy to create forms with conditional logic, and Jotform Workflows provides time-saving automation the district didn’t have before. Thanks to Jotform’s Google Drive integration, data is visible for all faculty and staff.
