The North-West University accepts 1,500 applications each year from student housing providers. Each application has 75 data points, and the data was transferred by hand to a shared spreadsheet.

This process took too much time and resulted in inaccuracies.

The NWU found that Jotform Enterprise was the perfect solution to its student housing workflow.

Data is automatically sent to its Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, automated workflows route the submissions to key stakeholders, and conditional logic makes the form easier to complete.
