If you have made a submission on a form that belongs to a Jotform user, you will need to contact that person directly as we can not delete any submissions made to our user's forms.
The only information we can give you is a confirmation if your form submission was received. However, we will need you to provide us with the URL of the form that you submitted.
If the submission was successful, then you should have received a confirmation email. You can respond to that email for the form in order to contact the form owner.
