Now, coming back to your question, I have gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

We’re glad to inform you that we’ve added a feature to download transcripts of multiple conversations. Here are two ways to do it:

1. In Conversations Inbox

• Go to the Conversation Inbox of an AI Agent
• Select multiple conversations by clicking on the checkboxes
• Click on the 3 dot menu
• Select Download -> Transcript

You will receive a download email once the export is prepared

2. In User Settings

• Click on your avatar and go to Settings
• Go to Data tab
• Click on Download My Data in Export Data section
• Click on Create New Export
• Select AI Agent Conversations
• Select the timespan (if you have too many conversations, it would be better to get exports divided by time frame. Otherwise, it may take too long.)
• Click on Prepare Download

You will receive a download email once the export is prepared
