I'm guessing you're now telling us that the fields show side by side in 3 columns on the BUILDER but doesn't show the same way on PREVIEW.

This happens because each field is rendered in its own line/row. To fix this in V4, toggle the Move to a new line option to OFF for each field that you want to show up in the same row. Refer to the short clip below:

In V3, this is the equivalent of Merge to above line option:
