I am a virtual group member and I was told that there is a virtual ticket single available here. I want to understand more about this virtual ticket single as it relates to my membership in the virtual group. I did not come for the account panel issue that was initially mentioned. I need assistance regarding the virtual ticket single for my virtual group membership.

    Hello channiesjense,

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

From your message, it sounds like you were told that something (a “virtual ticket single”) should be available to you as part of your virtual group membership, possibly via Jotform. I’ve checked our side and I couldn’t find any email logs or invitations sent to your email address from our system.

Just to clarify, Jotform is the platform where organizations create and share online forms and other assets, but we don’t manage the “virtual ticket single” product or the membership itself. That part is fully controlled by the organization you’re a member of.

If someone was supposed to share or assign a Jotform asset (form, table, workflow, etc.) to you for this virtual ticket, please make sure to check the correct folders in your Jotform account:

    1. In your My Workspace page, open the Shared with me or Assigned to me folder on the left side.
    2. At the top of the page, apply the filters (for example, filter by asset type).
    3. In the Shared by dropdown, ensure the correct person (the one who should be sharing the asset with you) is selected.

If you still don’t see anything related to your virtual ticket in those folders, please contact the person or organization who told you about the “virtual ticket single” and ask them to:

    • Confirm that they’ve actually shared or assigned the asset to this exact email address, and
    • Re-send the invitation or sharing link if needed.

Since we don’t control their virtual group system or ticket types and we don’t see any shared items for your account in our logs, there’s unfortunately nothing we can add from our side beyond these checks.
