    "Account is locked" error when trying to login.

    Hi Aydın ,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you're getting "Account is locked" error when trying to log in. This usually happens after too many login attempts. I've gone ahead and reset the login attempts on your account, so you should now be able to try logging in again. Before trying to sign in, I suggest reseting your Jotform account password to make sure everything goes smoothly.

    Here's how to do it :

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    For us to verify your account, we'll need you to fill out the verification form and attach any requested documents. It's an automatic process that we cannot alter; however, it's a one-time process that you can complete in a short period of time.
