If you want to request a refund, visit the Refund Request page to send a refund request. After you send your request, it will be reviewed. You can check your refund status by entering your Refund Request ID on the Refund Request page. Please note that, if you purchased through the Jotform Mobile App, request refunds directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
