    Kullanımı kapatmış olduğumu düşünüp sistemden iptal etmeyi unutmuşum ve bugün kartımdan firmanız tarafından ödeme çekilmiştir. İlgili işlemin iptal edilip tutarın karta iade edilmesi konusunda desteğinizi rica ederiz.

You can follow How to cancel your Jotform subscription guide to do that. If you want to request a refund, visit the Refund Request page to send a refund request. After you send your request, it will be reviewed. You can check your refund status by entering your Refund Request ID on the Refund Request page. Please note that, if you purchased through the Jotform Mobile App, request refunds directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Also see How to request Refund from Jotform for more details. Please note that refunds are not available for fees/charges for add-ons such as AI agent phone numbers.
