From the screenshot and your description, it seems that the original PDF download button for form responses is not appearing as it used to, and you only see a "Download PDF" button that doesn't provide the original PDF format you expect.

Let me help you with that:

You can add a Download PDF link to your Autoresponder Email so that form responders receive a link to download the original PDF submission. Heres how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the top navigation bar.
2. Click on Emails from the menu on the left.
3. Hover over the Autoresponder Email and click Edit.
4. In the Email Content window, click where you want to add the PDF link.
5. Click on Form Fields and select PDF Link. You can also enable a password for the PDF if needed.
6. Click Save.

This will ensure anyone submitting the form gets an email with a link to download the original PDF of their submission.

If you want to allow downloading the original PDF directly from the Thank You Page or attach the PDF to emails, there are also options for that in the Settings under Thank You Page or Email settings.
