Thanks for providing this additional information. If you don't want to redirect the form to another page after clicking the Submit button, you need to setup and select the Show a Thank You page after Submission option in the Thank You page panel. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
3. After that, click Show a Thank You page after Submission option and edit the content if needed.
