1 sene önce 2 adet form oluşturup kurum içi kullanmıştım. Aynı formları bu sene de kullanmak istiyorum. Hesabım ücretsiz sürüm. Sağ üst kısımda profil resmime tıkladığımda "Toplam Yanıt Sayısı 67 / 500 kullanıldı" olarak gözükmekte. Ama ücretsiz hesap kullanımda 100 adet form doldurma sınırı gözüküyor. Şimdi benim 67 hakkım doldu 100 form görüntülenme hakkı içinden. Yoksa 500 adet görüntüleme ve doldurulma sınırım mı var. Bir diğer konu ise ücretli sürümünüzü almadan bu 2 formu da paylaşmak istiyorum. 2 formun ortalama toplam doldurulma sayısı 160 kişi olacak. Bu formu ücretsiz sürümde paylaşırsam sınır dolar mı. Upgrading your account is easy. Let me show you how:
1. Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page, and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.

2. In the Choose Your Payment Schedule section, select Yearly or Monthly.
3. Then, enter your billing details in the Billing details section.
4. In the Choose your Payment Method section, select Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

5. If you choose Credit/Debit Card, you can enter your Credit/Debit Card information below the Credit/Debit Card option.
6. Next, in the top-right corner of the page, in the Summary section, tick the box next to I’ve read and agree to the Terms of Service, and click on Pay.

Now, coming back to your question, take note that the Total Submissions Storage and the Monthly Submissions Usage Limit is different. The Total Submissions Storage is where the submissions on your form are being stored. While the Monthly Submissions Usage limit is the number of submissions that you can receive per month.
You can check out this guide on Understanding Your Jotform Account Usage and Limits for more information. Currently, your Monthly Submissions is at 1/100, so you can still receive 99 submissions this month and the monthly usage will reset on May 6th, 2026. Checking your account's monthly reset date is quick and easy. Here’s a quick how-to:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Then, click on the Usage tab on the left side of the page.
4. Now, in the Monthly Usage section, you can view your real-time usage data along with the date your monthly limit will reset.

Also, you can easily increase your monthly Submission Limit permanently, without upgrading your account. Let me show you how to do that:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the top-right.
2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Go to the Increase Limits page on the left side of the screen, and then complete the tasks to increase your account's submission limits.
