You can generate QR codes that direct volunteers to a check-in form, allowing attendance to be recorded and tracked through form submissions and tables. 1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar on the top, click on the Publish tab.

2. Now under the Share Form section, click on the QR code icon, and then you can download or copy the link and share the QR code.
