• Once connected, submissions will automatically be sent to your CRM as leads, contacts, or other records.

2. Use Jotform AI for quick access

Inside the Form Builder, you can use the Jotform AI chatbot to quickly open any integration page by typing something like “Open Salesforce integration” and proceeding from there.

3. Custom integrations via API

If you need more flexibility, you can use the Jotform API to build your own integration. This allows you to:
