Kevin Jotform SupportHi Muhammed Yusuf,
Our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Jotform does support both API access and built-in integrations, so you can easily exchange data with CRM systems without manual entry.
Here are your options:
1. Ready-made CRM integrations
You can connect your form directly to popular CRMs like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Insightly, and Solve360. To set this up:
- Open your form in Form Builder
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Search for your CRM and start the setup
- Authenticate your account and map your form fields to CRM fields
- Once connected, submissions will automatically be sent to your CRM as leads, contacts, or other records.
2. Use Jotform AI for quick access
Inside the Form Builder, you can use the Jotform AI chatbot to quickly open any integration page by typing something like “Open Salesforce integration” and proceeding from there.
3. Custom integrations via API
If you need more flexibility, you can use the Jotform API to build your own integration. This allows you to:
- Retrieve submissions programmatically
- Send data to your CRM
- Create custom workflows, including two-way sync and automation
If you share which CRM you’re using and what you’d like to achieve (e.g., creating or updating records), we can suggest the best approach for your use case.
Let us know if you have any questions.
