ich wollte sie auf diesem Weg fragen, was notwendig ist unseren Account als gemeinnützig zu verifizieren, um den Discount zu erhalten.
wir sind eine Ortsgruppe einer Gewerkschaft und dementsprechend gemeinnützig.

Now, coming back to your question, in order to verify your account as a non-profit organization and receive the corresponding discount, your organization must be officially recognized as a Nonprofit organization. This is usually done through proof of non-profit status, such as a certificate or other relevant documents. Jotform offers Nonprofit organizations a 50% discount on paid plans. To receive this discount, you must provide proof of non-profit status. Please ensure you have official confirmation of your non-profit status ready to submit during verification.
If you haven't submitted an application to get the said discount, you can go to our Nonprofit Pricing page to start. Make sure that you're logged into the Jotform account you're applying the discount for, so it can be processed accordingly for you. Let me show you how:
1. In the Nonprofit Pricing page, click on Apply from the orange banner on top of the page, or the Claim Your Discount button in the middle section.
2. Since you already have an existing plan, click on Get Started under the Bronze Plan. Otherwise, click the other Plans (i.e., Silver or Gold Plans), to apply.
3. Fill out the necessary fields and upload your documents as required, and then click on Submit application at the bottom of the page.
You should be receiving updates from the relevant team once your application has been received and reviewed. If granted, the discount will be applied on your plan's next renewal, or the upgrade, if a change of plan is made.
