Hi,
I'm trying to update my email address to karanguren@appkrew.com, but I'm unable to complete the process.
Every time I try to update my information, the system sends a verification code to my old email address, team@appkrew.com, which is no longer active.
The same issue happens with my old phone number, +1 (669) 200-9723, which has been disconnected.
Since I no longer have access to either of them, I can't receive the verification codes needed to make these changes.
Could you please let me know how I can update my contact information or verify my identity another way?

hi, i'm just trying to double check that the subscription i had canceled along with my account deletion. i don't have all the above requested info to recover the account because i last charge came from a refund amount (we went from a year to monthly and were refunded the additional amount). can you just confirm that the subscription has been canceled and will not run again? thanks so much!

Hi,
The account was created initially by me - a free account.
Later the email was changed, which is the email of my manager. My manager has left the organization and although I know the password of the account, its sending 2FA code to an unattended email right now.
I think the account was paid with, but i need to recover and restart the account soon.
