J’ai besoin d’une aide urgente pour récupérer l’accès propriétaire à plusieurs formulaires Jotform créés via l’intégration ChatGPT/Jotform.
Je pense ne pas avoir eu de compte Jotform personnel au moment de la création des formulaires. Les formulaires semblent donc avoir été créés via un espace technique lié au connecteur ChatGPT.
Depuis que j’ai créé et connecté ce matin un compte Jotform avec Apple Sign-in, mon espace Jotform personnel est vide et je ne peux plus accéder aux formulaires ni à leurs soumissions depuis ChatGPT.
Les formulaires existent encore publiquement :

Je souhaite récupérer l’accès propriétaire ou faire transférer ces formulaires, avec toutes leurs soumissions, vers mon compte Jotform actuel.
Merci de vérifier à quel compte ou espace technique ces formulaires sont rattachés et de m’indiquer la procédure de récupération.
Ces soumissions sont très importantes pour moi. Merci de ne supprimer aucune donnée.

I own Buckhead Butcher Shop (). The admin for our jotform account no longer works here and the email has been deleted. I would like to get the email changed on the account which is currently set up with e**@s**w.ca as the email. E**@s***.ca is no longer active so verification codes going to this email are not retrievable.
I don't understand why I need to take a selfie with my driver's license to complete this process as it is not my account but an account of the Edmonton Youth Orchestra. I would prefer if someone could just change the email address to i**o@e***nto***uth***he***a.com please and thank you.

I no longer have inbox access to my old account an it is not forwarding messages from Jotform in the auto forward that I set up. The Jotform emails and verification codes are not being forwarded.
