My email is not receiving any links for the password reset, the AI Bot confirmed that the emails had been successfully sent. I have check junk/spam and still nothing. Can I receive the link with a different email or is there any other way to access my account?

Good morning, I have an account that uses JotForm. My former Account Manager set it up and we have been using it for years. He has since left and the software has updated and the new Manager cannot login to the program. It should be under James Aurelio. After James Aurelio left, I was paying for the software with my credit card. Paul Barcinas

I was working on a new form as well as i had forms already created, it stated to me that my account was disabled or suspended due to violation. I immediately changed the requested information, the forms and account is very important and if there anything that i need to modify I'm willing to do so. I need assistance with the account i have files that was submitted in my inbox and i need to access them. Please review my file and reach out to me as i need this important information.

I have asked several times for the email address linked to the account to be changed as this was for an ex employee that we no longer have access to their emails for. The whole thing is a rigmarole. I have filled in the account recovery form with everything asked of me but I guarantee they still will not change it.

I am no longer able to recieve notifications of filled in forms. It keeps saying that my current email is on a 'bounce/block' list, despite me removing it twice myself and AI agent saying it had been removed. I want to change my email address, but in order to verify its me, a code is being sent to my current email address which is blocked! Very frustrating. Please can you help?
