É possível gerar um arquivo PDF personalizado para o usuário de acordo com as respostas que ele preencher no formulário?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, it is possible to send the different PDF documents to your form fillers via email based on their answers. Yes, you can send an email that has a personalized PDF attached to it (using conditional logic), and each PDF can have different content based on the submitter's answers. To do that, we'll need to set up the options below:

1. Create different PDF templates related to each case.
2. Create several Autoresponder emails related to each type of PDF template that you create.   
3. Attach those PDF templates to their related Notification emails. 
4. Send an email when a submission is processed, depending on the score, through conditional logic.

Now, I'll help you to do each of those steps:

1.  Creating different PDF templates related to each case is easy. Let's do it:

•  Click on the Downward Arrow icon in Form Builder.
•  Select PDF Editor.
•  In PDf Editor you can create as many PDF documents as you want by clicking on New PDF and then New PDF Document.

Once you have created them, you can customize each PDF document depending on the instructions you want to give.

2.  Now, let's create several Autoresponder Emails related to each type of PDF template that you created:

•  In Form Builder, click on Settings.
•  Select Emails on the left side of the page.
•  Click on Add an Email.
•  Select Autoresponder and that's it.

Now, we have to create an Autoresponder for each type of PDF Document you’ve created.

3.  We want to attach those PDF templates to their related Notification Emails:

• Hover over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Toggle PDF Attachment to the On position, and select the PDF document related to that case.
• Scroll down the page and click on Save.

4.  When a submission is processed, an email will be sent based on the score using conditional logic. Now, let's set the Autoresponder through conditional logic:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
• In the list that pops up, click on Change E-mail Recipient and set a logical condition, like the ones shown below:

• Finally, click on Save and you're all done.
