    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. While you are still in the Bronze monthly plan, it appears that the monthly plan is greyed out when you plan to renew it. You may try cancelling your plan first to be back to a Starter account and try to re-upgrade your account. It's easy, let's do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue cancelling your plan.

    Please also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription. Once your account is back to Starter plan, you can upgrade your account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on the Pricing button in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.
