You can continue customizing your apps, and include any number of forms and other elements, like Images and Documents.

• On your My Forms page, click on the My Forms menu at the top of the page, and in the dropdown menu, click on My Apps to open the My Apps page.
• On the top left side of the My Apps page, click on the purple Create App button or edit a previous App.
