How to Restore a Deleted Form?

Our form has deleted by itself. Make it come back please

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If the form was deleted within the last 30 days, you can restore it together with its submission data. Let me show you how to restore a deleted form:

1. In My Forms, click on the Trash folder on the lower left side of your screen.
2. Now, hover your mouse on the deleted form and click on the Restore button.
