    Doldurmuş olduğunuz formu kontrol ettiğimizde Jotform kullanım ilkelerini ihlal ettiğini tespit ettik. Bundan dolayı söz konusu hesabı askıya aldık. Kişisel bilgileriniz konusunda endişelenmenize gerek bulunmamaktadır. Zira askıya alınan hesaplar form yanıtlarına erişememektedir.

    I am not sure I understand. The form you reported in your initial message has been suspended for breaking our Terms of Use. You will not be able to fill it again, regardless of where you are.
