Now, let me help you with your question. You might find the MultiSelect Grid widget useful. You can configure a grid and once a selection has been made, other users won't be able to select it.

Thanks for getting back to us. Currently, we don't have a direct tool or element for seat reservations similar to a bus reservation seat. What was provided is a workaround. If you really want a form that exactly looks the same with what you have provided above, then you can try with our partnership services.
