Jotform Apps are designed for easy sharing via a link or QR code and are not intended for direct publishing to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you want to list your app in those stores, you would need to package it as a standalone mobile app using external tools or a developer and follow the respective store submission guidelines.
