Missing Form

However, I had another important form that I created before the suspension, and it has completely disappeared from my Workspace.

The missing form was called "جدول حجز الحصص المكتبية للمعلمات".

I had spent significant time building this form. It was designed as a booking schedule for teachers to reserve library periods and prevent two teachers from booking the same period.

I have checked My Workspace, Archive, Shared with me, Drafts, and searched for the form, but I cannot find it anywhere.

Could you please check my account and help me restore this missing form and the work that was saved on it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and found that you have a couple of deleted forms that are still in placed in your account trashed forms. Can you check your trashed folder and see if the form you're looking for has been deleted? Let me walk you through it:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on Trash in the bottom left of the page.

2 . Now, use the Search bar in the upper right corner of the trashed form to check the missing form. That's it.
