Why is my form displaying overlimit error?

    Dice que excedí mi cuota, me apoyan para volver a ver mi formulario a la brevedad?

    I see that the form provided is associated with a different account alex_fontes. This account is over limit due to the storage space occupied which is around 1.8 GB. This account is currently holding Free subscription plan and see that the previous subscription was failed to renew. If you are the owner of the other account, you may consider upgrading the account to a paid plan or delete the submissions that are received along with the uploaded files in order to restore the forms.
