The North-West University accepts 1,500 applications each year from student housing providers. Each application has 75 data points, and the data was transferred by hand to a shared spreadsheet.
This process took too much time and resulted in inaccuracies.
Solution
The NWU found that Jotform Enterprise was the perfect solution to its student housing workflow.
Data is automatically sent to its Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, automated workflows route the submissions to key stakeholders, and conditional logic makes the form easier to complete.
Results
Jotform Enterprise automation saves the NWU 15 minutes per student-housing form, adding up to more than 46 workdays’ worth of admin time each year.
