Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set up Notification Email and compile monthly responses from multiple organizations using Jotform features. You can set up Reminder Emails. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, and select the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
- Edit the content of your Reminder Email.
You can also set the repeat period, specify when it will be sent, and choose the start and end date. Let's do it:- While in the Reminder Emails settings, click on the Schedule tab.
- Adjust the Repeats and Send Date options as needed to select which day or days you would like to send.
- Click the Downward Arrow icon in the Send Time section to change the time it will be sent.
- In the Start Date section, click the Calendar icon to set the starting date. You can also set an end date to stop sending reminder emails on a specific day in the End Date section, and click on Save.
To collect the responses by monthly you can create a form that organizations fill out each month. You should include a field to specify the month for which the response is submitted. Once the form is submitted you can view download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:- On your Workspace page, click on the form with the data you want to download, and click on Submissions on the top-left side of the page.
- In Tables that opens, in the upper-right side of the page, click on Download All.
- Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.
