PDF Dosya Erişim Sorunu İçin Destek Talebi

Merhaba,

Form yanıtlarım aracılığıyla elde ettiğim belgeleri ilgili birimlere PDF formatında toplu olarak iletmekteyim. Ancak, iletilen PDF dosyalarını ilgili departman indirmeye çalıştığında, ekte belirttiğim hatayla karşılaşılmaktadır. Hata mesajının ekran görüntüsünü ek olarak gönderiyorum.

Ayrıca, https://www.jotform.com/pdf-view/0755d26d37 linkinde yer alan PDF belgesi, kendi bilgisayarımda sorunsuz bir şekilde açılabilmektedir. Fakat belirtilen link, gönderdiğim dosyayı almakta olan tarafın bilgisayarında açılamamaktadır.

Bu konuda gerekli yardımı sağlayarak sorunun çözümüne katkıda bulunmanızı rica ederim. Herhangi bir ek bilgiye ihtiyaç duymanız halinde, lütfen iletişime geçmekten çekinmeyiniz.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you try disabling the requirement to Login to View Uploaded Files? It's easy to do, but we'll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile App. Let me walk you through it:

1. Login to your Jotform account.
2. Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
3. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
4. Now, go to the Security tab and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files under the Privacy section.

That's it. Now, you won't have to login to see/download files uploaded with your submissions. We also have a guide to help you learn How to Unrequire a Login to View Uploaded Files.
