Jotform'da bir formu tek kullanımlık yapmak ve formun başka birine gönderildiğinde tekrar doldurulmasını engellemek için Unique Field (Benzersiz Alan) özelliğini kullanabilirsiniz. Bu özellik, formda belirli bir alana (örneğin e-posta, kısa metin, açılır menü veya sayı alanı) girilen bilgilerin benzersiz olmasını sağlar. Böylece aynı bilgiyle form birden fazla kez doldurulamaz.

İşte nasıl yapacağınız:

1. Form Builder içinde Ayarlar sekmesine gidin.
2. Daha Fazla Seçenek Göster butonuna tıklayın.

Now, coming back to your question, the best way to achieve this is by using the Assign Form feature. When you assign a form, it is tied directly to the recipient’s email address, meaning only that person can access and submit it. The assigned link cannot be forwarded or reused by others, and you can track submissions by each assignee in your dashboard.

First you need to change your Form Status from Private to Public. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Assign Form on the left, then enter the email address and click on Send Invitation.

Since they already know the form link, I recommend cloning your current form, then using the Assign Form feature on the cloned version. Once that’s set up, you can safely delete the original form to prevent receiving submissions on it.

Cloning an Existing Form From a URL is easy. Let me walk you through it:

1. On your Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.

2. Select Form from the assets, and then click on Import Form.

3. In the next window, click on From a Web Page. 

4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

After cloning your form, it will open in Form Builder automatically. You can now edit it the way you want and publish it.

Currently, it’s not possible to generate multiple unique links for a single form. What you can do instead is clone the form multiple times and then share each cloned version separately. This way, each recipient gets their own dedicated form link, and submissions won’t overlap.

Combined with the Assign Form feature, you can ensure that each cloned form is tied to a specific recipient’s email address, preventing others from reusing the same link. Also, make sure to make the form private.

You can Set Your Form’s Access Settings to Private. This means that only people who you invite can access your form after they sign into their Jotform Account. It’s easy to set up. Let me show you how: 

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Settings, then select Private Form in the window that opens.
3. Now, return to the Quick Share settings and enter the email addresses of the people you want to send the form to.
4. Click on Submit & View to select the permission type, and then click on Send Invitation. That’s it.

After you invite people to fill out your form, they’ll receive an email with a View Form button:

When they click the button, they’ll be asked to log in to their Jotform account, or they’ll need to create one to fill out your form:

Once they sign in with the email address they were invited with, they’ll be able to fill out the form.
