CONSULTA CON MARCA DE FORMULARIO

Tengo dos consultas

1) la marca del formulario se elimina pagando ?

2) cuando el formulario es enviado; tambien aparece la marca que quisiera eliminar ¿ se elimina pagando ? ¿ es posible editar esa pagina o redireccionar al index de mi sitio ?

Do you mean to say that you want to remove Jotform branding from your form? Yes it is possible to remove Jotform branding but you will have to upgrade your account and then disable "Jotform Branding" from your account setting page. Please check the screenshot below on how to disable "Jotform Branding":
